Recently department of Food , Civil Supplies and consumer affairs
Punjab published the official notification for the posts 461 posts of food and supply inspector. Selection
of the eligible candidates will be based on through the written examination only.
There will be no interview test will be held for food inspector posts. The merit
list will be prepared on the basis of results of the written examination. Food
an supply department conducted a retest of
7 December 2014 at various examination center of Rajasthan. Question paper
medium was English and Punjabi . Question paper contains 150 question from
various subject.
Question of the food inspector written examination asked fro
Punjabi, and English language . total 25 questions was related to language, 25 questions as asked from general knowledge,
50 questions was asked from mental ability , and reasoning, 25 question was
asked from mathematic skill and 25 question was asked from computer proficiency
test. Minus marking was applicable in this examination. For each incorrect
answer total 0.25 marks will be deducted. Total 150 minutes was given fro
attempting the question paper.
For qualifying food inspector examination each candidate are
require to score at least 35 % marks.
The merit list prepared on the basis of this written test
will remain valid for six months from the day the result is declared.

Answer key will be updated on 7 December 2014 late night.
After that its expected that results will be published on 15
December 2014.
