117 Child Development Project Officer Notification by TNPSC 2014

Tamil Nadu Public Service commission TNPSC published the official Notification NO:21/2014 DATED:28.11.2014 for the recruitment of Child development Project officer CDPO . There are total no of vacancies 117 including various categories. Selected candidates will be appointed in the pay scale of rs 9300-34800 and grade pay of rs 4500. Selection will be based on the Tamil Nadu General Service for Direct Recruitment to the following post in the Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme

Eligibility criteria: age limit: minimum age 18 year and  no maximum age for Sc, ST, and BC , and 18 to 30 year for other candidates as on 1 July 2014
Education qualification: degree in nutrition or degree in home science of a degree with PG diploma in rural service of Gandhi Gram University.

Selection Procedure: selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through the main written examination followed by oral test. 
(i) Paper I  Nutrition and Dietetics or
Home Science (Degree Standard) (200 questions)
(ii) Paper II General Studies (Degree Standard) (100 items) (General Studies -75 and Aptitude and Mental Ability -25 questions)
