Dakshin Gujarat VIJ Company limited, published the official recruitment notification for inviting application form for the posts of Vidyut Sahayak / junior Assistant posts. There are total no of vacancies are 250 including various categories. DGVCL is a subsidiary company of GUVNL which works in the field of power generation and distribution. Gujarat DGVCL now want to fill the posts of Vidyut sahayak / junior assistant which will engaged in meter reading billing works at field offices under Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited.

Total no of vacancies: 250
Eligibility criteria : education qualification : graduation degree in BA / B.com / B.sc / BBA / BCA with at least 55 % marks.
Age limit : maximum 25 year as on 20 September 2014
Salary : rs 6500 per month .
After completing 3 year selected candidates will be appointed to the post of Jr. Assistant in the pay scale of Rs.9700-21710 on regular
Cadre- establishment.
Selection procedure : selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through the written exam. Written exam will comprise 60% objective and 40% descriptive questions.
Question paper pattern and syllabus as are follows
Mathematical ability: Higher Secondary General stream level - 25% weightage
English Language: General drafting and communicative ability-25% weight age.
Computer Knowledge: Should be acquainted and proficient in MS Office like MS Word, Excel & Power Point -30% weightage.
General knowledge: Graduation level- 20% weightage.
Application form fee : rs 500 for general , sebc, ph and rs 250 for sc st ,
