All primary school teacher, upper primary Teacher of basic shiksha parishad school who are waiting for there transfer from one district to another district or want there transfer within district from one school to another school are informed that very soon state government now going to open the transfer of primary school teacher. According to a credible news paper, ban on transfer policy of primary school teacher will be removed in the month of October. This news paper published the news on behalf of basic education minister. government want to increase the quality of primary school but these school are facing problem of teacher crises , many schools is currently managed by single teacher but due to stay on transfer policy BSA was not able to do adjustment or new posting in these school. So after opening of transfer these single teacher schools definitely will get news primary teacher.
Many thousand teachers are also waiting for there transfers since a long time. Government will also do adjustment of teachers in schools within district. Many schools have more then 5 to 6 teachers which are nearest from the city block but after the adjustment of teacher these teacher will be send to interior schools. These transfer and adjustment will be done by BSA.
Education minister said that very soon a official circular will be published regarding primary teacher transfer. Women and physically handicapped teacher will get preference in the transfer. Female teacher will get placed on road side schools which are nearest to city block. After that male teachers will be appointed in the interior block. Those BSA who will not follow the rule they will be published.
