Eligibility criteria: education qualification : minimum 55 % marks in post graduation.
NET / SET qualified.
Age Limit: - The minimum age for Appointment to the Post of Assistant Professor shall be 23 years and the maximum age shall not be more than 55 years, as on 01.01.2014
Selection procedure: selection of the eligible candidates for Bihar assistant professor recruitment will be based on through the academic qualification which will carry 85 % marks and personal interview test which will carry 15 marks.
Academic marks weightage will be as as are follows : matric 10 , inter 10 graduation 25 , post graduation 30 , Ph.d or M.phil 10

Total merit will be prepared on out of 100 scale.
