IGNOU 2 year B.ed UPRTOU Are Eligible for Teacher Job In UP
Good news now coming for those candidates who have B.ed degree from IGNOU and UPRTOU.  Now two year B.ed Degree holder candidates are also eligible for teacher Job in state of uttar pradesh. Those candidates who completed there two year B.ed training via distance education from IGNOU will be consider eligible in 72825 primary teacher vacancy / trainee Teacher.

High Court HC Allahabad has given a decision in favor of B.ed degree holder from Indira Gandhi Open University via distance education mode. Satya prakash yaday and many other filed a court case to add them in up b.ed trainee teacher vacancy of uttar pradesh. Court passed a order / Judgment on 30 July in favor of distance b.ed from ignou. Now one year B.ed is equal to two year b.ed of the distance education. As we know state government only permitted to one year b.ed degree holder in the recruitment of trainee teacher post of 13 November 2011.
After that these candidates file a court case in HC Allahabad. After the judgment of UP High court now these B.ed degree are also eligible for trainee teacher posts.
Court also passed on judgment in favor of b.ed degree holder on  a writ which was filed by Mithai lal and others case on 3 January 2013.
But after the suprem court judgment of 25 march 2014, a confusing situation was created to include candidates of b.ed distance education.
Via making this order, Satya praksha and other file a writ in HC Lucknow bench , to give them also a chance of the counselling. IGNOU and UPRTOU qualified B.ed candidates are saying that his degree are valid on the basis of eligibility criteria decide by NCTE. 
No its clear that UPRTOU and IGNOU b.ed degree can participate in counselling of 72825 trainee teacher post.
