swd.up.nic.in Samajwadi pension Yojana Application form 2015 Notification

State government of uttar pradesh now published the notification for inviting application form for Samajwadi Pension Scheme 2014. All interested and eligible candidates

can fill application form for Samajwadi Pension Yojana 2015. Application form now days publishing in local news paper. Last date of application form submission for Samajwadi pension Yojana is 20 June 2015.
Government targeted to provide this pension to 40 lakh beneficiary. Total 12 lakh SC and ST candidates will get this pension scheme, 10 lakh minority and 18 lakh pension will be given to General and OBC category candidates .

Important information about the Samajwadi Pension Yojana as are follows
Minimum pension fund : rs 500 per month to each beneficiary.
Rs 50 pr year will be increased in pension till the maximum amount rs 750.

How to Apply : ll candidates who want to fill application form for Samajwadi pension Yojana 2014 are required to fill application form in prescribed application form format. Application form is free of cost and its available at Gram panchayat level , Gram pradhan , Secretary , BDO office, Tehsil office of each district.
