Sikkim hrdd Recruitment notification for assistant Professor 2014

Human rsource development department HRDD gangtok , Government of sikkim ,  published the official notification Ref. No:31571D1R (HE)IHRDD Date: 21 .05.2014 for the recruitment
of Assistant professor. Selected candidates will be appointed in the pay scale of  21600 and for those candidates who will be appointed without NET /SLET they will be appointed in adhoc basis at fix salary of  rs 20000 per month

Subject for which application form are invited as are follows :Economics, English, Nepali, History, Political Science, Mathematics, Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Physics, Physical Education Limboo, Tourism, Education, Journalism & Mass Communication, Commerce

Selection procedure : selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through the by personal interview test.

Eligibility criteria :
M.Sc. !M.A. in Particular subject with 50% marks at Post Graduate level for SC/ST candidate and 55% marks for general category and NET /  SLET qualified . if there are adequate number of applicants with NETISLET in some subjects, candidates without NET/SLET in that subject shall not be short listed. Only short listed candidates shall be called for interview.

How to apply : interested candidate are required to fill application form in prescribed application form format only,.
Applications should be submitted in Room No. 512 of HRDD on or before the las date which is 16 June 2014 before 12 p.m. No application will be accepted after the due date. Short listing of Candidates shall be declared and uploaded on 16th June 2014 on www.sikkimhrdd.org at 4 p.m.
Admit Cards shall be issued on 17th June 2014, 10.30 am to 3 pm.
Date of Interview 18th June 2014, Time 09.30 a.m. at Sikkim Government College, Tadong.
