Eligibility Criteria for UPCPMT 2015
Domicile : only citizen of UP can fill application form .
Age limit: candidate must be born before the 31 December  1998

Education qualification:
Higher Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination which
is equivalent to 10+2 higher secondary examination after a period of 12 years study,
the last two years of study comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics
or any other elective subject with English at a level not less than the core course for
English as prescribed by the National Council of Educational Research & Training after
the introduction of the 10+2+3 years educational structure as recommended by the
National Committee on Education

Exam Date: 3rd week of June 2015

Last date of admission  - 30 October 2015

How to apply : all interested candidates who want to fill application form for UPCPMT 2015 are informed that every year application form for UP CPMT is submitted online only. No application form will be submitted via post / .
First of all candidates are required to apply application form at the Axis bank or Allahabad bank , after that you can fill application form of UPCPMT.
Candidates can also fill application form fee via Debit card / credit card . 

Application form fee; rs 1250 for  general and OBC candidates, and rs 650 for sc, st candidates .
Application form will be submitted online only and candidates can download UPCPMT information brochure online from the official website of CPMT.
