Various railway Recruitment Cell RRC now started conduct the written examination for the recruitment of Group D posts. RRC Group D first phase exam was held on 2 November 2014 at various examination center. RRC Allahabad Issued admit card for approximately 5 lakh candidates for Group D Examination but very less not of candidates this year appeared in this Railway Group D 4 examination 2014. Appearing percentage of Group D examination was just 33 % . so it seems that cutoff marks for Railway Group D examination will be low .
Well Railway Recruitment Cell never publishes any exact cutoff data which they used for declaring qualified in the written examination of Group D. but many of the Railway Coaching institute , predicting about the what will be expected cutoff marks on the basis of Feedback and responses which is given by participants of the group D examination.,
Selection of the eligible candidates for Group D posts will be strictly based on through the performance of the written examination followed by PET Physical efficiency Test.
Those candidates who score minimum qualifying marks set by RRC they will be call for PET and document verification Test .
Many of out friend also appeared in the group D examination. they told use that Questions paper of Railway Group D examination of 2 November contains objective type of questions . Questions of the Group D examination was high school stander . questions were asked from general knowledge / General awareness / mathematics and reasoning subject.
Minus marking was applicable in RRC Group D examination. for each in correct answer 1/3 marks will be deducted.
RRC Group D written examination will carry 100 marks.

General Intelligence and Reasoning: questions of general intelligence section were to moderate level of difficulty. So an average competitor can attempted 18 to22 questions from General Intelligence and Reasoning questions.
RRC group D arithmetic was high school level. so if you attempted to 20 to 24 questions correctly then this will be safe score .
RRC group D general awareness questions were difficult so if you attempted 10 to 13 questions this will be safe .
