Himachal Pradesh Technical University, HPTU published the official notification for the recruitment of various posts. Application form is invited in prescribed application form format from the eligible candidates on contract basis in H.P. Technical University, Hamirpur. All candidates who hold the eligibility criteria they are required to application in prescribed application form proforma along with requisite fee to the Registrar, Himachal Pradesh Technical University, Gandhi Chowk, Hamirpur-177 001 last date of application form submission is 20 December 2014.

1 Assistant Registrar Pay Band: 15600-39100+5400
1 Assistant Accountant Pay Band: 10300-34800+4400
1 Computer Assistance- Clerk Pay Band: 5910-20200+2000
1 Steno-Typist Pay Band: 5910-20200+2000
4 Clerk Pay Band: 5910-20200+1900
Selection procedure ; selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through the written examination followed by personal interview test . written exam questions paper pattern and syllabus will be as are follows
SYLLABUS FOR SCREENING TEST(S) FOR THE CONCERNED POST(S):-
In cases, where Screening Test will be conducted to shortlist the candidates for the concerned post(s); the syllabus will be as under
(i) 25 questions as per essential qualification(s) prescribed in the advertisement against each post.
(ii) 25 questions consisting General Knowledge of Himachal Pradesh.
(iii) 50 questions consisting of General Knowledge of National / International affairs.
Application form fee : rs 500 for general candidates and rs 125 for , SC, HP, ST, and no application form fee for ex service man of HP .
Application form fee will be deposited in form of demand draft in favor of finance officer HP Technical university. payable at Hamirpur.
