High court Allahabad has given next date for hearing the Shiksha Mitra matter. Hearing of Shiksha Mitra Case postponed to new date. As we know a writ/ case is filed in high court regarding the recruitment process of shiksha Mitra for the posts of assistant teacher without qualifying the TET examination. Hearing was proposed on Thursday 9 October 2014 on this matter. Advocate of State government demanded extra time to file the answer of government on the Shiksha Mitra. Advocate of state government said in court that counter answer is prepared by state government and it will be filed in court without any delay. Court accepted this appeal of government advocated an set a new date for hearing SM case. Next date is 16 October 2014.
शिक्षा मित्रों के मामले में सुनवाई टली
इलाहाबाद। प्रदेश के करीब पौने दो लाख शिक्षामित्रों को सहायक अध्यापक बनाने से रोकने के मामले में दाखिल याचिकाओं पर बृहस्पतिवार को सुनवाई नहीं हो सकी। प्रदेश सरकार के अधिवक्ता ने सरकार का जवाब दाखिल करने के लिए और समय की मांग की। कोर्ट को बताया कि सरकार का जवाब लगभग तैयार हो चुका है जल्द ही इसे अदालत में दाखिल कर दिया जाएगा। इसे स्वीकार करते हुए कोर्ट ने याचिका पर 16 अक्तूबर को सुनवाई का निर्देश दिया है। शिवम राजन और दर्जनों अन्य की याचिकाओं पर मुख्य न्यायाधीश डा. डीवाई चंद्रचूड और न्यायमूर्ति पीकेएस बघेल की खंडपीठ सुनवाई कर रही है।
