UP BTC will be replaced by B.El.Ed

UP BTC will be replaced by B.El.Ed
A good news now coming for those students who want to be teacher in primary school. News is coming that BTC is likely to be replaced by B.el.ed. UPBTC  2015- 2016 session will be zero session. This course will be affiliated to state universities instead of District DIET.  B.el.ed will be 4 year course which will take place of of BTC (Basic Teacher certificate ).  B.el.ed is the acronym of
bachelor of elementary education. Recently NCTE made a fact finding committee after the super court order on this matter. Fact finding committee of national council for teacher education NCTE has given there approval to remove the 2 BTC program. New course Beled will be started by the help of state universities. For implementing this program successfully this committee also recommend to declared zero session of BTC 2015-2016
Beled Course will be start from the 2016. all intermediate pass student can fill application form for B.el.ed program. Previously education qualification for BTC was Graduation degree.
A committee was framed under the chairmanship of Supreme Court judge Mr Justice J.s Verma for improving he teacher education. This committee submitted 166 page reports to court. This committee recommended a lot of proposal to improving the primary education. After that court ordered to NCTE to make fact finding committee for implementing the guideline of J.S. Verma report.  This committee was made under the chairmanship of Dr  poonam batra. This repost is also available at the official website of NCTE.
B.el.ed program will be approved by NCTE. However this program will be affiliated to State universities instead of DIET. Current BTC is affiliated to DIET. This course will b conducted under the faculty of physical education of state university. 70 seats will be for b.el.ed in one institute.  Implementation of this program will be applicable in all states at the same time.
