TN Assistant Professors in Government Engineering Colleges TNTRB 2014

Teacher Recruitment Board TRB, Government of Tamil Nadu published the official notification for the direct recruitment of assistant professor in government engineering college 2013-14. TNTRB invited application form from the eligible candidates by the written competitive examination for direct recruitment of assistant professor in government engineering college. Selection of the eligible candidates

will be based on through the marks secured by candidates in the written examination. There are total no of vacancies are 132 including various categories. Important recruitment details of TN TRB recruitment 2014 as are follows

Salary of assistant professor in Tamil Nadu as are follows  - pay scale  - 15600 – 39100 + grade pay rs 6000

Eligibility criteria : BE / B.tech / ME / M.tech  I the relevant branch of engineering or technology
Master degree in engineering subject + NET for other subjects
Age limit: maximum age should be 35 year as on 1 July 2014  for engineering subject and non engineering subjects.

Selection procedure: selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through the written examination . Written exam will be held on 26 October 2014. 

Application form and examination fee – rs 100

How to apply: all those candidates who are interested to fill application form they are required to fill OMR application form along with the prospectus which will be available sale from 20 august 2014 .
Application form will be available from the office of the chief education officer of all 32 district in tamil nadu .
Exam fee  - rs 600 , for sc, st, and pwd candidates exam fee will be rs 300 only .

Should be paid by the candidates in any Branch of STATE BANK OF
INDIA / INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK using only the prescribed
Challan attached with the prospectus. Payment of examination fees
in any other method will not be accepted.

Last date of application form submission is 5 September 2014
After filling application form candidates are advised to submit the duly filled application form to the office of the chief education officer concerned on or before the last date which is 5 September  2014.
The Candidates are advised NOT to send the filled-in Application Forms by post or in person to the Teachers Recruitment Board,
Chennai – 600 006.
