State bank of India SBI conducted an online written examination for the recruitment of SBI clerical cadre. SBI conducted online examination on 16 august, 17 august and 24 august 2014. Many of our friends appeared in the SBI clerical cadre online examination. many of the aspirant of SBI Clerical cadre, shared there exam experience with us . On the basis of there response we got few conclusion about the questions and expected cutoff marks. Over all sbi clerical cadre online exam question paper was easy.

Question paper analysis of SBI clerical Cadre Section wise

This time General knowledge/ General awareness question was very easy that’s why many of the candidates wasted there time in this section. If you attempted 30 to 35 question and consumed your maximum time for solving this section then this will not good for you because SBI will also used Sectional cutoff marks for preparing the cutoff marks. Those candidates who attempted all section correctly in equal ratio they can very easily crack this examination.

As per as math section (quantitative aptitude) question was very difficult and time consuming. mostly candidates attempted 18 to 22 questions from this section. this will be a satisfactory attempt for math section.  Minimum marking or negative marking  is applicable in this examination. accuracy is one of the biggest factor for cracking this examination.

Reasoning questions was not so much difficult. An average correct 24 to 30 question attempt will be safe for this section.

Computer and marketing section was easy 35 to 36 question will be a safe score for this section.

English question was very easy if you work hard on English then 30 to 35 correct question will be satisfactory for qualifying this year examination.

This time sbi conducted clerk examination for the recruitment 5092 posts which less then in comparison to sbi clerical cadre recruitment 2012 which was approximately 7500 posts.  cut off marks definitely will be high for this year examination. We collected the previous year cutoff marks data for the written examination and interview posts which was used by SBI for preparing the merit lists . hope this data will be useful in analysis of expected cutoff marks for SBI clerical cadre examination 2014.

Expected Cutoff marks for SBI Clerical cadre recruitment 2014

The test will be online objective type, consisting of (i) General Awareness (ii) GeneralEnglish (iii) Quantitative Aptitude (iv) Reasoning Ability (v) Marketing Aptitude /Computer Knowledge. The questions in objective tests, except for the test of GeneralEnglish, will be bilingual i.e., English & Hindi. Each test will be of 40 marks. For theseObjective type tests of total 200 marks candidates will be given a composite time of 2 Hours 15 minutesThere will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests. 1/4th mark will be

deducted for each wrong answer. Candidates will have to pass in each of the objective tests.The passing marks in each of the tests will be decided by the Bank on the basis of thePerformance of all the competing candidates taken together in each test to a minimumrequired level. Candidates are also required to score a minimum percentage marks on aggregate (For SC/ST/OBC/PWD/XS candidates, 5% relaxation available thereon) forbeing considered for interview. Minimum percentage marks on aggregate will be decided

by the bank.
