Army Recruiting Office, Visakhapatnam is now going to conduct an open army recruitment rally under the aegis of head quarter recruitment zone, Chennai. Army recruitment rally will be start from 17 august 2014 to 26 august 2014 at Priyadarshini Stadium, Visakhapatnam. news is published by EXAMVACANCY.in

Eligibility Criteria : eligible candidates into the Army from six districts of Andhra Pradesh viz. Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna and Yanam (Puducherry) in Soldier Technical, Soldier General Duty, Soldier Clerk / Store Keeper Technical, Soldier Tradesman categories and DSC (only for ex-service man).

Education qualification: candidate must have qualified intermediate examination.

Candidates who have less then 18 year they are required to brig consent certificate from their parents or guardian. 

Sportsman will get some relaxation in physical test and they will also get bonus marks during the preparation of the merit lists.

Selection procedure: selection of the eligible candidate will be based on through the fitness test, physical measurement test, medical test , common entrance examination etc .

Physical Test will include; 1.65 km race in 6 min , pull ups minimum six, 9  feet ditch jump, balancing beam,

Salary: salary : rs 14000 starting salary with other allowance.

How to apply: recruitment process will be done free of cost. There is no application form fee for army recruitment rally.

Biometric Identification and hand writing analysis is done at each stage. Imposters will be caught and handed over to Police
