Q : is any recruitment authority can appoint a non teacher eligibility test qualified teacher for primary or elementary school ?

Ans : no in schools defined in section @n of RTE act read with supreme court judgment date 12.04.2012 in W.P. C no 95 of 2010 and 06.05.2014 in wp c no 416 of 2012 teacher qualification as laid down by NCTE are required.

Is central government ncte can give relaxation to any state for appointing assistant teacher for class 1 to class 8 one who not qualified the teacher eligibility test  .
Answer: power to relax the minimum qualification laid down   by ncte for appointment of a teacher In elementary education vest with the central government under section 23 (2 ) of the RTE act 2009 , however as per he guideline date 8 November 2010 it was decide that the central government will no relax the condition of passing tet to any state government.

Is any relaxation given by ministry of human resource and development or national council for teacher education to uttar pradesh for appointing shiksha Mitra SM  / ad hock teacher on the posts of assistant teacher of primary school without qualify the teacher eligibility test ?
 Answer: NO

What should be the ratio between a teacher and student I a primary school for class 1 to class 5 ad I senior primary school for class 6 to class 8 
Answer: please refer serial no 1 of the schedule to the RTE act 2009

What should be the ratio between a primary school and population around this area?
