Now this is question which is asked by professional degree holder who filled the application form for UPS Science and math teacher recruitment 2013.

Once again a very confusing situation emerged but there are no exact official updates are available on this matter. Professional of various district reports that BSA office not permitted them in UPS counselling. Many other districts also permitted professional with various circumstance. Now candidates are worried about there future?

Let us see few facts about this vacancy which will clear situation about the professional position in this vacancy.

Till date No GO / government order / Shashnadesh issued about inclusion of B.tech, B.pharma, B.sc AG, b.sc Home science, BCA, BHMS degree holder.

Only one official note / or letter was written by secretary of Uttar pradesh basic shiksha parishad  on 27 august 2013 for correction purpose to Senior , Technical specialist , NIC Lucknow for software pupation only. This letter was also not enclosed to BSA, or Diet principal or any other officer.

Only these GO / Shashnadesh Till date published regarding the 29334 Science math these three GO no are

2651(1) 79-5-12-1(04) dated 11 July 2013,

3227/79-5-2013-1(4) dated 23 august 2013

2149/79-5-2014 date 30 June 2014

3636/79-5-2014-1(4)13 date 16 July 2014

Including all above GO, no updates, no clear guideline was published about the professional degree holder eligibility.

So the big question that…

 is it a mistake? Which was made by top officer or

the way to create confusion among the professional degree holder?

Sources are saying that a write was also filed in high court against the inclusion of profession degree holder in upper primary vacancy by applicant of Science math teacher vacancy . you can check more about update about this via entering the write no 5348/2013 at the official website of high court.

These write has been disposed by HC date 20 September , 25 September and 30 September  orders . it seems that court has given decision to NOT include the profession degree in this vacancy. Court also directed to mr Sanjay sinha to submit the affidavit regarding this matter.

Part of that order as are follows -

-" Sri Sanjay Sinha, Secretary Basic Education Board, U.P. has appeared today

alongwith his counsel Sri Mukund Asthana.

Sri Sinha informs that he has written to NIC to remove the guidelines which

have been impugned in this petition and guidelines have been removed by the

NIC.

Since last date for submitting application has been expired, a proposal has

been sent to State Government to extend last date.

In view of this assurance given by Sri Sinha, this petition has been rendered

infructuous. It is accordingly dismissed as such."

Above statement clear that no special GO has been issued about the eligibility criteria for professional degree holder of UPS / JRT vacancy.  Only a guideline was issued to NIC .
